The issue to be considered here is the issue of human rights. It could go to full term but when it was delivered it would die. We're not interested in restricting choices because we are bigoted and want to make people's lives miserable. It is not an issue of choice any more than slavery was an issue of choice. That was a Supreme Court decision that was later overturned by The Emancipation Proclamation. You can believe what you want and choose to. This child had something that was causing it to die. This really demonstrates how important the question of the human rights of the child is because it compels us to certain conclusions. If these mothers are doing crack and meth and whatever else is out there and have getting pregant maybe they don't need to be a child into this world that is going to be messed up or deformed and addicted.

I think its a choice to decide what you think is best in your situation and no one has the right to tell you differant. The economic issue would actually be on the side of the South because slavery is what propped up the economic system of the South. Only the one that makes that choice has to live with it and its not easy.

I for one feel very strongly about this and believe that its choices like these wether right or wrong is what makes living in this country so great.
If we don't do that we are not doing the issue justice. Whatever choice is made the woman has to live with that burden in this instance. .
